Warning!!! Scammers!
Scammers! Don’t trust this company. They have £600 of my money, told me i have £600 worth of credit due to a cancelled flight and now can’t find any flights, any time of year under £600 regardless of what country I chose. I’ll be fighting this and taking them through every governing body I can.

Don't rely on eBookers if anything goes wrong
What has happened to me over the last two weeks should serve as a salutory warning to anyone wanting to use Ebookers to rent a car ... just because you pay money to them don't expect them to take responsibility if anything goes wrong. I arrived two hours before the advertised closing time of the rental office (Europcar) at the airport to find it shut so I was unable to rent my car. Fortunately i managed rent from Hertz but it cost €100 more than the original. That was over two weeks ago and despite emails and endless chat conversations eBookers still have my money. This morning I am told I have to wait another 10 days. All along no one has actually said that a refund would be issued – just wait ten days, each time I call. One of eBookers nasty tricks was to try to blame Europcar for the hold up saying that they needed to authorise the refund. In fairness to Europcar you can get straight through to them on the phone and although they are not entirely above blame here, they have finally explained that they have no authority over the refund as THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY FROM EBOOKERS! So, eBookers have my money and won't give it back. Shameful and horrid experience.

Scammers know how to scam
They know how to scam you out of your money. I had purchased a ticket 2 years ago in the midst of the pandemic but didn't use it due to restrictions. They gave me Airline Credit for the amount. Today, I finally decided to use that airline credit but I had to call them to use it. Before I called them, I checked their website to see what flight I want to be on. It was saying that the flight is 685 pounds. But when I spoke to them, they are saying I need to pay more to use the airline credit. DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL USE THEIR SERVICE. I'VE GIVEN THEM A TON OF BUSINESS - NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give a zero rating I would - a nightmare from start to finish. Booked a hotel, I contacted the hotel to check my booking and discovered that 3 rooms were booked in my name instead of one, hotel could not cancel the two rooms that I did not need as I had booked through Ebookers, after several phone calls to ebookers trying to sort out the mess I was assured that everything was sorted to receive an email a few minutes later to say that the complete booking was cancelled so ended up costing me €250 extra for my booking. The hassel was just not worth it - I will never use again.

Name error on flight booking contacted…
Name error on flight booking contacted 3 weeks ago and informed letter in end is missing and name needs to be amended was asked to fill name change form and it will be done within 72 hours have been chasing from last 3 weeks done form about 5 times and uploaded scanned passport copy still name not changed now have been told it’s less than 24 hours need to contact airline directly which again advisor got no idea what he is talking about as flight is on Tuesday and it’s still around 40 hours. Customer service not trained and ladki of information no process to deal with request

Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting company! Ive had to deal with them for the last month to get a chance with no progress what so ever! It is absolutely pathetic the serivce they provide. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

The company is a complete fraud. In August 2021 I booked a Villa in Dubai for myself and my family for 30th April this year. Due to the uncertainties of covid I paid an extra £800 I think to pay at the property with a cancellation date of 16th April. Yesterday the company cancelled the booking because they tried to take 5000 dirhams and my bank declined because they thought it was suspicious. I rang them and told them it was a pay at property booking and part payment was not to be taken but all they do is lie. They said I could rebook for an extra £2000. For the same 5 nights in the same Villa!! They won’t reinstate the original booking which they cancelled and they just LIE AND LIE AND LIE. We now have ten flights booked and no Villa. DISGUSTING

Rome Cancelled
Shocking. Will NEVER use again. Booked a trip to Rome back in Feb 2020 for travel in Nov 2020. Then covid struck. Trip cancelled. Hotel took the money and issued a voucher for later use. Iv now tried to rebook but they are saying voucher had expired. Now £440 out of pocket and no trip.

Avoid cash back websites!
They consistently con TopCashBack customers out of the commission due on bookings and TopCashBack can’t do anything about it. This ultimately ends up costing us as we lose out on the money. I’d avoid using any cash back networks that are partnered with Ebookers as they simply don’t pay the funds that are due.

Don’t use, they don’t redeem vouchers!
I spent all day yesterday trying to redeem two different “vouchers” to no avail.
Avoid this company!
I’m not ever going to use them again.

Excellent Customer Service
All I can say is that when I had to cancel my hotel due to flight disruption the online chat help was exceptional.
They contacted the hotel, managed to get the penalty fees waived and I already have a full refund on it's way.
Good customer service at a time of terrible stress for us. Madeira holiday! 21st Feb to 28th Feb.

This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. My flight was cancelled in May 2020 and I have spent the last 20 months trying to get a refund - with zero success. They owe me over £900 and are almost impossible to contact, fob me off with lies and still no refund. I am now going to pursue a legal route. In the meantime I would advise that you do NOT use this company. They are a disgrace.
